A Good Day

I had a good day.
I gave two presentations, Life Collage - Focus On You

1. Set a goal.
2. Make a plan to reach your goal.
3. Take the first step.
4. Keep going.
5. Success!

I had the chill relaxing, chakra balancing music going, a PowerPoint of goals (education, family, house, cycling group, cooking class, volunteering, big piles of money, Japan, Paris, Greenland, kids, airplane, scooter, puppy, weight loss, home remodeling, hugging a panda...), magazines, paper, glue sticks, markers, and scissors.

We talked about goals first then went into the collage making, then I held up each collage and had the person tell us about it.

It was fun.
Everyone's collage was unique.
We had giant posters, philosophers, greeting cards on different topics, dreams, ideas, goals, and plenty of self-expression.
My participants were all happy and had fun, focused on themselves, socialized, learned things about each other, relaxed, felt safe to share and went skipping off into the sunset.

It was a good day. I feel happy.

Promise Yourself:
To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness and prosperity to everyone you meet.
To make all your friends feel there is something special in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
To think only the best, to work only for the best and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.
To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry,
Too noble for anger,
Too strong for fear,
And too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
